Our mental health is a deeply personal thing. At difficult times in our lives I believe having space to talk through what distresses us does help.
I respect everyone's uniqueness and their own perspective. Its a complex world, especially at the moment, counselling is about making sense of it. I offer face-to-face and on-line counselling.
I first qualified in counselling 20 years ago, I have a degree in psychology and qualifications working with young people. I have recently completed a second counselling and psychotherapy diploma and I am currently completing a masters degree.
